Most of the time there are some expectations when you get married and have a family. Dinner for one, needs to be edible, and most like to have something different for a meal than they had the night before! Ham & Egg Brunch Braid

Amazing for brunches and breakfast for company! Very pretty and very yummy!

Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 green onions
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 pkg (8 oz) crescent rolls
- 1/4 pound deli ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Place cream cheese and milk on high in microwave for 1 minute. Separate 1 egg use white for later. Whisk eggs and salt and pepper into cream cheese. Saute green pepper and green onion with butter. Add egg mixture and ham and mix to a soft scramble. Remove from heat. Spread crescent dough on a stone or cookie sheet. Make a slice for the braid and add egg mixture. Braid and brush with left over egg white.

Bake for 25-28 minutes at 375.
