Most of the time there are some expectations when you get married and have a family. Dinner for one, needs to be edible, and most like to have something different for a meal than they had the night before! guilt free french fries!

Guilt-Free French Fries!
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4-5 baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; brush with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil. Set aside.
2. Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1/2inch thick wedges. Transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining 2 tablspoons; toss to coat. Sprinkle potatoe wedges with the salt and black pepper, toss to coat. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
3. Bake in a 450 degree for 12 minutes. Turn potatoes; sprinkle with the parmesan. Bake for another 10-12 minutes more or until tender and golden.
