Most of the time there are some expectations when you get married and have a family. Dinner for one, needs to be edible, and most like to have something different for a meal than they had the night before! That's where the idea came to create this blog, for our family and friends, to make life a little simpler for those we know and love. 5 friends have come together to share simple crafts and delicious recipes, to share with one another and with you! We are spicing things up in the kitchen and whiping out our "domestic" sides, so grab one of our buttons below, spread the word, and share with your friends and family!

pineapple salsa chicken.

So I'm all about easy, quick, simple, and the slow cooker/crock pot.
Pineapple Salsa Chicken
Ingredients:
-4 chicken breasts
-1 big can of pineapple, drained
-1 can of black beans, rinsed and drained
-1 can of white beans, drained
-3 cups of salsa ( I used mango pineapple salsa)
Add ingredients into the crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Garnishes like sour cream, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce...
I ate mine with tortillas chips and the husband had his with rice - so whatever you prefer! So easy and so good! We had alot of leftovers too!
