pineapple chicken fajitas

We put these on the menu at least once a month! If you need something super quick for dinner, this is your answer!
Pineapple Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
- 1 large can pineapple, drained.
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped.
- Jamacian Jerk Seasoning (note to self: walmart doesn't have it)
- Cloves
- 1 tbsp oil
- Tortillas
In a medium skillet, add oil and heat to medium temperature. Add pineapple and heat for 5 minutes. While waiting for pineapple, cook and chop up the chicken into small pieces. Add cooked chicken to pineapple and sprinkle Jamacian Jerk Seasoning and cloves over top of mixture. Heat for 5 minutes all together and serve.
We put ours in tortillas with a little sourcream! Heavenly!
